WARRANTY
Velux give 1year warranty on our products against any manufacturing defects.
No Onsite Services are given by company in any area. Company do not have any authorized person for any type of services at place of installation of any velux product.
- Warranty includes only body part of faucets no fittings & handles are covered under this warranty.
- Warranty does not include breakage of PVC Goods.
- Warranty does not include breakage of Handmade Sinks.
- Warranty period will start from the date of invoice and shall automatically terminate upon the expiry of the warranty period even if the products has not been installed after purchase or has been in the use for any part or whole of the warranty period for any reason whatsoever.
- The warranty is only effective if the defective products are substantiated with the proof of purchase such as invoice copy. This warranty remains applicable only if the product has at all times been used strictly in accordance with the terms of this warranty and has not been improperly or negligently handled.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- We don’t accept any liability for damage caused by in appropriate or incorrect use, defective installation or commissioning by the customer or any third party will not cover under this warranty.
- Normal wear and tear, careless cleaning or failure to clean, in proper treatment or maintenance or use of unsuitable cleaning agent or other chemical influences if damages occur will not be covered under this warranty.
- Company will not be liable for damages occur in concealed fittings after plastering or fixing of tiles.
- Cost of transport to and from place of service to be paid by the purchaser.
- Damages occurs on the surface of the faucets due to deposition of fungus, carbon, calcium etc. on the surface of the faucets will not be covered under this warranty.
- Velux and customer agree that Velux liability under any circumstances is maximum to the purchase value of the product. No claims financial or otherwise will be entertained in account of loss of profit or removal, transportation, handling or re-fixing costs and expenses etc.
- In the event of non availability of components or parts due o any reason whatsoever, Velux or its Authorized service provider or the Dealer will not be responsible or liable for any delay that may be caused to service/repair of the products. No claims financial or otherwise will be entertained.
- Velux shall not be liable to customer claiming the warranty under the terms of condition of this Limited warranty due to defects caused by rodents/pets or in the events of force majeure.
- Accessories shown may not be part of actual product.
- Due to continuous R& D Company reserves the right to modify designs and sizes of the product without prior notice.
- All above prices are ex-factory.
- Packaging and forwarding extra.
- Taxes extra as applicable.
- Price can be changed without prior notice.
- All disputes will be settled according to Delhi Jurisdiction only.
- Transit risk at buyers account.
- This list canceled our all previous list.
- By purchasing this product, customer agrees to Velux aforesaid warranty on the product.
